And we have introduced a special monitoring platform, which will inform us of any disturbances taking place.

Backup Space

Keeping a backup of your website is really hard when you have to do it yourself. You’ll need to find a place for your backups – if possible on a different server; you will need to make backups; you will need to test if everything is working. Our company offers a very simple resolution. Our Optional Admin Services package gives you 50 GB of disk space on one of our secure backup servers. And we can help you with the backups. And since all the servers are part of the very same network, the backups will be generated as quickly as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

It can be very discouraging if you wish to run a web app or a service on your dedicated server, but you keep chancing upon troubles. This is when our Optional Admin Services solution can save your day – it provides installation and problem–solving procedures. It means that one of our highly capable senior server administrators will be working 30 minutes solely on the problems that you have specified. You can ask him to run a web app or a service, or to take care of a problem that you keep noticing. Or to update your server OS.
